The kit includes the Polished Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel intake pipe, the K&N cone filter, high temp silicone coupling hose, hose clamps, S bolt, new washer and flange nut to replace plastic nut holding down throttle body hat, instructions and a Quick D sticker. Note: The Ram Truck Kit includes everything in the Durango kit plus new TB hat and longer vapor return hose.
The price of either the Dakota or Durango Kit is $140 shipped anywhere in the U.S. The 4.7 intake kit is $160 shipped. All kits are shipped USPS priority mail. The Ram Truck Kit is $200 and includes a new stock throttle body hat off a durango/dakota along with a longer crank case vent hose.. The Ram kit is also shipped USPS Priority mail. The stock air filter costs approx. $15 each time you replace it. So after 11 replacements the kit will have paid for itself. Now if you calculate the fuel savings involved the kit will easily pay for itself with in a year. Most people are experiencing 1-3mpg gains, when they can keep their foot out of it. I cant...so I cant confirm...but my trip computer did say I was getting 18.3 avg. mpg on a recent trip to San Diego.
